I have a 2020 BMW X5, where the BMW service warranty has expired. I have brought my car to AAMCO for maintenance and repairs, such as complete change of break pads, sensors and rotors, many times. Each time I receive an incredible service, with detailed explanations and walkthrough. Heida, who runs the shop, is always very responsive and knowledgeable when you ask her mechanical questions. Service and value you receive at this shop is very very good. Timeliness and turnaround is also good. I will continue coming back to AAMCO of Hackensack and would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for car repairs, especially more complex ones such as breaks and transmission.
Aida the office manager is AWESOME!!! She went beyond her scope of duties and met me on Saturday, on which AAMCO is closed, so I could get my car. She also kept me informed about my car. She is a true asset to your company. She is also very kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I am also very happy with the work that was done and really appreciate the free check ups. I will definitely recommend your company.
Receptionist was very polite and patient, and understood my slight hearing loss. Had my car serviced and gave me an affordable quote. Will definitely be coming back here again
